Missing Items, Return & Exchange Policy

📦 Missing Items Policy
🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement
- A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
- The video must start before opening the sealed package.
- The shipping label must be clearly visible.
- The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or pauses.
⏳ Timeframe to Report
- Missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
- Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.
📨 How to Report
- Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
- Provide:
- Order number
- Unboxing video
- Missing item details
🔍 Claim Review Process
- Our team will verify the submitted video and investigate the issue.
- If approved, we will:
- ✅ Resend the missing item(s) (subject to availability), or
- ✅ Provide a refund or store credit
🚫 Invalid Claims
- No unboxing video = claim rejected
- Edited, unclear, or incomplete videos will not be accepted
🔁 Return Policy
⏳ Return Window
- You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.
💸 Return Charges
- A ₹100 reverse pickup fee per order will be deducted (not per item).
✅ Eligible Items
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags
- Wrong size, color, or style issues
- Damaged or defective items
❌ Non-Eligible Items
- Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
- Items without original tags
- Final sale items
