Missing Items, Return & Exchange Policy

At PRJ Saree, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent shopping experience. Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.


📦 Missing Items Policy

🎥 Unboxing Video Requirement

  • A clear, unedited unboxing video is mandatory.
  • The video must start before opening the sealed package.
  • The shipping label must be clearly visible.
  • The entire unboxing process must be recorded without cuts or pauses.

Timeframe to Report

  • Missing item claims must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Claims made after 48 hours will not be accepted.

📨 How to Report

  • Contact our support team via WhatsApp or email.
  • Provide:
    • Order number
    • Unboxing video
    • Missing item details

🔍 Claim Review Process

  • Our team will verify the submitted video and investigate the issue.
  • If approved, we will:
    • ✅ Resend the missing item(s) (subject to availability), or
    • ✅ Provide a refund or store credit

🚫 Invalid Claims

  • No unboxing video = claim rejected
  • Edited, unclear, or incomplete videos will not be accepted

🔁 Return Policy

Return Window

  • You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

💸 Return Charges

  • A ₹100 reverse pickup fee per order will be deducted (not per item).

Eligible Items

  • Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items with original tags
  • Wrong size, color, or style issues
  • Damaged or defective items

Non-Eligible Items

  • Used, washed, or damaged items after delivery
  • Items without original tags
  • Final sale items
